Job Title: Brand Manager

Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi, India

Experience: 4-7 years


Role Overview:

We're seeking a digitally-savvy Brand Manager with a digital-first mindset to lead brand strategy and execution. You'll be responsible for conceptualizing and executing comprehensive 360° campaigns that leverage digital channels while integrating traditional touchpoints seamlessly.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital-First Campaign Management-

· Develop and execute 360° integrated marketing campaigns with digital at the core

· Lead digital strategy across social media, influencer marketing, e-commerce, performance marketing, and content creation

· Drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through innovative digital campaigns

· Leverage data analytics and consumer insights to optimize campaign performance

2. Brand Strategy & Planning-

· Own the brand's P&L and drive business growth targets

· Develop annual brand plans with a strong emphasis on digital channels

· Identify emerging digital trends and platforms to keep the brand ahead of the curve

· Create compelling brand narratives that resonate across digital and offline platforms

3. Campaign Execution-

· Plan and execute 360° campaigns spanning social media, e-commerce, influencer collaborations, PR, retail activations, and traditional media

· Collaborate with creative agencies, digital partners, and internal teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns

· Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimal ROI across all channels

· Coordinate product launches with integrated digital and offline strategies

4. Digital Ecosystem Management-

· Drive the brand's social media strategy and content calendar

· Partner with e-commerce platforms (Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) for brand visibility and sales growth

· Build and manage influencer partnerships and user-generated content campaigns

· Monitor digital conversations and manage online brand reputation

5. Analytics & Performance-

· Track and analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools

· Generate insights from data to inform future strategies

· Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the digital space

· Present performance reports and recommendations to leadership

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:

· 4-7 years of brand management experience, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG

· Strong digital-first mindset with proven experience in digital marketing and 360° campaigns

· Deep understanding of digital channels: social media, influencer marketing, performance marketing, SEO/SEM

· Experience working with e-commerce platforms and D2C strategies

· Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.)

· Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

· Creative thinking with strong execution capabilities

Good to Have:

· MBA from a premier institution

· Experience with beauty/cosmetics category

· Knowledge of content creation and video marketing

· Understanding of marketing automation tools

· Experience managing agency partners and cross-functional teams
