Job Description
The SMT Brand Manager is the driving force behind the brands commercial growth creative execution and storytelling. This role balances creativity with commerce: protecting the SMT DNA while scaling it across Dubai through in-store projects seasonal pop-ups and experiential activations. Acting as both strategist and operator the Brand Manager ensures SMTs narrative is lived and felt across every touchpoint while delivering clear reporting to the Founder and stakeholders.
Core Focus Areas Business Strategy & Growth- Shape and execute annual and quarterly strategies to drive sales and elevate brand positioning.
- Oversee new store projects and seasonal pop-ups ensuring profitability and alignment with brand standards.
- Identify collaboration and partnership opportunities that expand SMTs visibility and customer reach.
- Balance creative storytelling with commercial goals to deliver sustainable revenue growth.
