Manage the overall business and marketing plans of assigned brands with the objective to maximize the sales performance and profitability Keep close relationship with Brand Principals to manage the brand and product movement and development, marketing direction, etc. Keep abreast and analyse the market trend and hence to formulate effective marketing strategies and plans to enhance the competitiveness of consumer market Lead a team to effective the daily operation of marketing plans/activities and product management, including but not limited to, product development, pricing and inventory control, etc. Formulate annual objectives and KPIs as well as work closely with Retail & Sales team to maximize the sales turnover and profitability Manage the P&L of the assigned Brand and perform budgeting and controlling Requirement: :
