Planning & driving execution of annual & interim projects for the brandComplete Business Responsibility for a category of the brandLead Marketing & NPD activities including customer engagement programs and identify product opportunities in QSRs & Large Key Accounts for the companyDevelop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market presence and consumer engagement.Plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and target audience preferences.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure brand alignment.Analyse campaign performance data and provide actionable insights for future improvements.Manage budgets for marketing initiatives and ensure cost-effective execution.Oversee packaging and product positioning to maintain consistency in brand messaging.Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and partners for creative and media support.The Successful Applicant
A successful applicant should have:
Tier 1 MBA (2018 to 2020 batches).3 to 4 years of marketing experience with at least 1 - years in personal care.Launched new category.Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and consumer insights effectively.Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.Creative thinking and a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
