  • Planning & driving execution of annual & interim projects for the brand
  • Complete Business Responsibility for a category of the brand
  • Lead Marketing & NPD activities including customer engagement programs and identify product opportunities in QSRs & Large Key Accounts for the company
  • Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market presence and consumer engagement.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure brand alignment.
  • Analyse campaign performance data and provide actionable insights for future improvements.
  • Manage budgets for marketing initiatives and ensure cost-effective execution.
  • Oversee packaging and product positioning to maintain consistency in brand messaging.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and partners for creative and media support.
  • The Successful Applicant

    A successful applicant should have:

  • Tier 1 MBA (2018 to 2020 batches).
  • 3 to 4 years of marketing experience with at least 1 - years in personal care.
  • Launched new category.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and consumer insights effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
