Brand Manager Germany – Fresh produce

My client is passionate about delivering the freshest produce while pioneering innovative branding strategies. They are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Manager to join their team in Germany. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a flair for developing compelling brand strategies, this role is perfect for you!

As Brand Manager you will develop and execute innovative brand strategies across various platforms to enhance product credibility and meet customer expectations. The role is completely remote with travelling all over EU 60% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will anticipate customer trends and forecast future market changes.
  • You will design and implement marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to exceed customer expectations.
  • You will evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and prepare detailed reports.
  • You will oversee advertising, product design, and other marketing forms to ensure brand consistency.
  • You will meet with clients, manage budgets, and lead a team of junior assistants.
  • You will plan and execute product launches, exhibitions, and photo shoots.
  • You will conduct market reviews and communicate trends within the company.

    • Qualifications:

  • Fluency in German and English is a must; Spanish is a plus.
  • Previous experience in fresh produce supply
  • managing key German retail accounts
