Must have experience with IT Service based Organizations
Role Overview
We are looking for a Brand Manager who is energetic, deeply invested in building brands, and genuinely excited about uncovering and amplifying Damco’s real value—not just creating surface-level marketing assets.
This role is for someone who wants to bring deserved visibility to strong work that already exists, turning under-leveraged delivery excellence, client outcomes, and internal IP into a brand that is clearly understood, trusted, and respected in the market.
You will not be expected to blindly follow a standard marketing playbook. Instead, we are looking for a brand leader who:

Experiments thoughtfully
Uses trial, iteration, and insight to determine what actually works for our brand
