We are looking for a senior-level Brand Manager – Key Accounts who will act as the primary strategic and servicing point of contact for key brand clients . This role requires a strong blend of brand thinking, influencer marketing expertise, and stakeholder management, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable influencer strategies.
- Act as the single point of ownership for assigned key brand accounts
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships , ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Understand brand objectives and create strategic influencer marketing roadmaps
- Lead influencer brief creation , campaign narratives, and content frameworks
- Collaborate closely with Campaign, Talent Management, Creative, and Business Development teams
- Translate brand strategy into clear execution plans for internal teams
- Present campaign plans, performance insights, and recommendations to clients
- Oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment
- Identify upsell and growth opportunities within existing brand accounts
- Proactively manage risks, expectations, and escalations
- 4+ years of experience in brand management, key account management, or client servicing (agency background preferred)
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing ecosystems and campaign formats
- Proven expertise in brand strategy, client communication, and stakeholder management
- Hands-on experience in creating influencer briefs and campaign frameworks
- Excellent coordination skills across internal teams and external partners
- Ability to think strategically while staying execution-aware
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation capabilities
- Demonstrated stability (has spent 1+ year with at least one organization )
- Calm, solution-oriented approach in high-pressure situations
