Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to drive brand growth and equity in our Health Care/Consumer Goods division. The role involves strategizing, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives to strengthen market share, deliver impactful campaigns, and ensure profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand & marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives
  • Lead ATL & BTL activities, media planning, and promotional campaigns
  • Manage P&L, annual budgets, and ROI on marketing spends
  • Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Finance, and external agencies for seamless execution
  • Provide strategic guidance to brand teams and foster a performance-driven culture

Desired Profile

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a premier B-school
  • 8–12 years of marketing experience, with 3–4 years in a leadership role
