Job Description
- 12‑Month Calendar Management: Lead the creation, alignment, and execution of a full‑year brand calendar that aligns with business goals and cultural moments.
- Brand Equity Building: Develop and safeguard Angkas’ brand positioning, tone of voice, and core messaging across all channels. Lead campaigns that drive emotional and functional connection with passengers.
- Budget and Media Planning: Manage and optimize annual brand budgets (above‑the‑line and below‑the‑line) to maximize ROI. Oversee media mix modeling, channel strategy, and buying through agency partners and internal teams.
- Social Media & Community Building: Create and oversee always‑on and campaign‑specific strategies for social media engagement and brand‑building. Champion the development of communities as brand advocates.
