A Dog’s Story is a pet-focused travel and holiday platform offering curated stays, experiences, and a growing membership ecosystem for pet parents. We work with boutique hotels, resorts, and travel partners across India to make travel with pets seamless and joyful.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Brand Manager who can own the brand end-to-end — from social media strategy and influencer collaborations to handling reservations and partner coordination. This role blends brand building, marketing execution, and day-to-day operations and requires someone who is hands-on, organised, and deeply consumer-focused.
You will be responsible for driving visibility, enquiries, conversions, and brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Social Media
- Own the social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Plan content calendars, coordinate with creators/designers, and ensure consistent brand voice
- Track engagement, growth, and performance metrics and refine strategy accordingly
Influencer & Partnerships
- Identify, onboard, and manage pet influencers, creators, and brand collaborators
- Plan influencer campaigns tied to launches, destinations, and membership growth
- Manage outreach, negotiations, deliverables, and performance tracking
Reservations & Customer Experience
- Oversee reservations function of inbound enquiries via WhatsApp, email, social DMs, and website
- Ensure smooth guest communication pre- and post-stay
- Maintain high response time and service standards
Platform & Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams on website, memberships, and campaigns
- Coordinate with hotel partners for inventory, offers, and promotions
- Support launches of new destinations, memberships, and features
Reporting & Growth
- Track leads, conversions, bookings, and campaign performance
- Share regular insights on what’s working and what needs improvement
- Contribute ideas for brand growth, partnerships, and monetisation
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years experience in brand management, social media, or digital marketing
- Experience in travel, lifestyle, hospitality, pets, or consumer brands preferred
- Comfortable handling both marketing and operational responsibilities
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
- Naturally organised, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
