Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Brand Partnerships professional for a mid-level, full-time position in Noida. The ideal candidate will possess a maximum of 6 years of work experience. As part of our growth-driven team, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating strategic partnerships to amplify NoBroker's brand presence, leveraging your expertise in partner relationship management and sponsorship sales.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Partner Relationship Management (Mandatory skill) - adept at building and maintaining lasting partnerships that drive mutual growth.
  • Sponsorship Sales (Mandatory skill) - experience in identifying and securing sponsorship opportunities that align with business objectives.
  • Negotiation - proficiency in negotiating terms and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements with partners.
  • Influencer Marketing - understanding of leveraging influencer relationships to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Social Media Analytics - capability to analyze social media metrics to inform partnership strategies and goals.
  • Contract Management - skill in drafting, reviewing, and ensuring compliance with partnership agreements and contracts.
  • Collaboration Tools (e.g., Slack, Asana) - experience in using collaboration tools to streamline communication and project management.
  • CRM Software (e.g., Salesforce) - ability to use CRM systems to manage partner relationships and track engagement activities.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach within the real estate industry.
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with NoBroker's business objectives and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives and campaigns.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and agreements to ensure maximum value and benefit for both NoBroker and our partners.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics to optimize strategies and report on outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with key partners, acting as the primary point of contact to manage and resolve issues.
  • Leverage influencer marketing strategies to amplify NoBroker's brand message across target audiences.
  • Utilize CRM software to track partner interactions, ensuring efficient communication and relationship management.
