About the Role

We are hiring a Brand Solutions Lead to lead digital brand strategy and execution for a leading makeup & cosmetics brand . This role requires deep understanding of beauty communication , makeup consumer behavior, and platform-led storytelling.

You will be responsible for building strong brand narratives across Instagram, YouTube, creators, and digital commerce touchpoints , while managing a team of creative and brand servicing executives . The role demands equal strength in strategy, creative direction, client management, and performance-led thinking .

Key Responsibilities

Brand Ownership & Client Leadership

  • Own end-to-end digital brand solutions for a makeup & cosmetics portfolio
  • Act as the primary contact for senior client stakeholders
  • Translate brand goals into platform-specific beauty storytelling
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, product education, and visual identity

Beauty Content & Digital Strategy

  • Lead Instagram-first beauty content : reels, tutorials, product demos, before-after formats, and trend-led edits
  • Build content pillars around:
  • Product launches
  • Shade stories & swatches
  • How-to’s & makeup education
  • Creator-led reviews & routines
  • Community & UGC-style content
  • Plan monthly and seasonal beauty calendars aligned to launches, trends, and consumer moments

Campaigns & Launches

  • Lead new product launch campaigns from concept to execution
  • Develop creator-led makeup campaigns using trends such as:
  • GRWM (Get Ready With Me)
  • Transformation & before-after formats
  • Shade match & wear-test content
  • Long-wear, smudge-proof & performance-led storytelling
  • Ensure seamless integration across organic social, influencer, paid media, and e-commerce content

Performance, Insights & Optimization

  • Review content and campaign performance (reach, engagement, saves, CTR, conversions)
  • Translate insights into format, creator, and content optimizations
  • Continuously refine storytelling based on platform behavior and beauty trends

Team & Process Leadership

  • Manage, mentor, and upskill a team of brand services executives, creatives, and account managers
  • Drive clarity in briefs, timelines, approvals, and deliverables
  • Ensure high-quality output with attention to detail, accuracy, and brand compliance

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with creative, production, influencer, media, and design teams
  • Ensure flawless execution across shoots, edits, creator content, and post-production
  • Champion best practices in beauty content production (lighting, textures, shade accuracy, skin representation)

Beauty Trends & Culture

  • Stay updated on global and local makeup trends , platform features, and creator formats
  • Track innovations in:
  • Makeup routines & tutorials
  • Ingredient storytelling
  • Skin-tone inclusivity
  • Community-led beauty discovery
  • Apply trend insights to real-time content and campaign planning


What We’re Looking For

Core Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital/creative agencies or in-house makeup/cosmetics brand teams
  • Proven experience handling makeup, cosmetics, or beauty personal care brands
  • Strong command over Instagram, reels, creators, and beauty-first content formats
  • Experience managing large accounts and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Team leadership experience with a focus on coaching and development


Skill Set

  • Deep understanding of makeup products, textures, shades, finishes, and claims
  • Ability to turn product benefits into engaging beauty content
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
  • Strong eye for beauty visuals, skin accuracy, and product representation


Nice to Have

  • Experience working on e-commerce beauty content (product pages, launch assets, ads)
  • Familiarity with creator contracts, influencer ecosystems, and content rights
  • Understanding of performance-driven beauty storytelling
