CreatorFlux Media is an exclusive digital talent arm of Zee, focused on end to end influencer solutions encompassing talent management, influencer marketing, creative solutions & creator-led content IP development. This pioneering initiative is set to redefine how creators - particularly those from non-metro regions - gain visibility, voice, and value on the national and global stage.
This is more than an influencer play, it's a cultural movement. By placing creators from Tier-2, Tier-3, and rural India at the heart of mainstream entertainment, CreatorFlux is building the rails for the next wave of digital storytelling and creator entrepreneurship.
Weβre looking for a Brand Solutions Executive to support the planning and execution of influencer-led and content-driven campaigns for leading brands. This role will work closely with senior team members to translate brand briefs into strong campaign ideas, coordinate across internal teams, and ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand & Campaign Solutioning
- Assist in developing influencer marketing and content-led campaign solutions for brand briefs.
- Translate brand objectives into structured campaign ideas, influencer strategies, and basic creative frameworks.
- Support pitch decks, proposals, and campaign presentations.
- Help customize solutions beyond standard influencer executions when required.
2. Client Coordination & Support
- Support day-to-day communication with brand and agency stakeholders.
- Help manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations across ongoing campaigns.
- Assist in building strong working relationships by ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
3. Campaign Execution & Delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams including talent, creator partnerships, content, and operations.
- Ensure briefs are accurately translated into execution plans and shared with relevant teams.
- Track campaign progress and flag risks or delays early.
4. Influencer & Creator Strategy Support
- Assist in influencer shortlisting and strategy across different creator tiers.
- Support outreach coordination and execution alignment with talent and operations teams.
- Ensure creator content aligns with brand guidelines while retaining creator authenticity.
5. Reporting & Learnings
- Track basic campaign metrics and assist in post-campaign reports and insights.
- Use campaign learnings to support future pitch and strategy development.
- Stay updated on social media platforms, creator trends, and content formats.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with creative, account management, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Maintain clear internal documentation, trackers, and briefs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, brand solutions, or agency roles.
- Strong interest in influencer marketing and the creator economy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, short-form video).
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and presentation tools.
