Role overview

Saltbuzz is looking for a Brand Strategy Lead who can sit at the intersection of sales and execution, owning the brand narrative from pitch to performance.

This person will build content systems that compound attention over time, guide the sales story, and continuously fine‑tune live campaigns so they can “blow up” instead of plateau.


Key responsibilities
  • Partner with the founder/sales to shape pitch narratives, decks and proposal storylines for brands looking for organic, AI‑ and CGI‑powered growth.
  • Translate client business goals into clear content strategies, including content pillars, formats, channels and distribution plans across the full funnel.
  • Design and maintain “content systems” and series concepts that can be reused, iterated and scaled rather than one‑off posts.
  • Work as a bridge with the execution team (design, video, CGI, social, copy) to turn strategy into concrete briefs, calendars, hooks and scripts.<...
