Job Description

Role Objective:


Own the brand voice, messaging, and content strategy across multiple locations. You’ll create social content that drives follower growth, engagement, and inquiries/bookings through strong storytelling + performance thinking.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Strategy & Planning

  • Build monthly content calendars with clear themes, campaigns, and growth goals
  • Plan promotions, seasonal events, memberships, and partnerships
  • Maintain a strong content mix (reels, carousels, stories, UGC, testimonials, influencer collabs)
  • Track trends and translate them into brand-aligned content ideas


2. Copywriting & Creative Direction

  • Write high-performing copy for reels, carousels, stories, and campaigns
  • Create hooks, captions, CTAs, and on-screen text direction
  • Finalize hashtags and messaging for each post
  • Collaborate with design/video teams using clear creative briefs


3. Community & Growth

  • Drive organic growth via engagement strategies + trend participation
  • Support influencer/community collaborations and cross-promotions
  • Write DM reply templates and engagement prompts (polls, Q&As, quizzes)


4. Reporting & Optimization

  • Track reach, engagement, saves, shares, followers, clicks, DMs
  • Deliver monthly insights: wins, learnings, and next-month recommendations
  • Monitor competitors and identify differentiation opportunities


5. Collaboration

  • Align with paid ads + SEO teams for consistent messaging
  • Participate in weekly syncs for planning and performance review


KPIs (Per Location):

  • +1,000 net followers/month
  • 50K+ views on key reels
  • 10%+ engagement rate
  • 20% MoM reach growth
  • 100% on-time posting
  • Trackable inquiries/bookings via link clicks + DMs
