Strategic Planning & Development

·         Develop insight-driven brand activation strategies tailored to client objectives.

·         Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting to uncover consumer behaviors and emerging opportunities.

·         Collaborate with creative, production, and account teams to ensure strategic alignment in campaign execution.

·         Build audience personas, consumer journey maps, and engagement roadmaps to inform activation strategies.

 Research & Insights Generation

·         Analyze consumer data, industry reports, and cultural trends to develop strategic recommendations.

·         Monitor competitor activities and experiential marketing innovations to provide strategic differentiation for clients.

·         Leverage digital tools and social listening to extract real-time insights for campaign optimization.

 Client & Business Development Support

·         Develop compelling strategy decks, pitch presentations, and case studies for client proposals.

·         Support other teams to ensure strategic alignment in campaign development and execution

·         Participate in client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategic workshops to provide data-driven recommendations.

Performance Measurement & Optimization

·         Conduct post-campaign analysis and provide insights for continuous improvement.

·         Recommend innovative approaches to enhance brand engagement and ROI.

·         Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of brand activations and campaigns developed.



Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

·         2+ years of experience in strategy, marketing, or brand planning (preferably within an experiential or advertising agency).

·         Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (knowledge of data visualization tools and Zoho Workspace is a plus).

·         Deep understanding of consumer behavior, marketing trends, and brand storytelling.

·         Ability to think strategically and creatively, with strong problem-solving skills.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and internal collaboration.

·         Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
