Reports to: Senior Marketing Director, XOStudios; Location: Mexico Remote.

ABOUT XO AND XOSTUDIOS XtendOps is an AI-powered BPO transforming from a traditional outsourcing company into a tech-forward AI BPO— combining AI, automation, and human expertise to build modern customer operations. XOStudios is the in-house marketing and creative team behind this shift. We support four functions: Marketing & Commercial (sales enablement), Social Media, Graphic Design, Video & Photo. We're now evolving our brand from 'just another BPO' to a serious AI + technology player— and we're looking for a Brand & Creative Lead to help drive that transformation.
