Job Description

The Branding & Online Marketing Head leads online growth, brand visibility, and revenue for a D2C brand by owning performance marketing, brand marketing, CRM, and analytics across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Branding
  • Develop and execute overall brand strategy and positioning
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital, offline, packaging, and communication
  • Lead ATL, BTL, and TTL campaigns
  • Oversee creative direction, storytelling, and brand guidelines
  • Manage influencer, PR, and brand collaborations
Digital Marketing
  • Own digital marketing strategy across Meta, Google, SEO, marketplaces, and social media
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and ROAS
  • Plan and manage performance marketing budgets
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize funnels
  • Lead CRM, email, WhatsApp, and remarketing initiatives
