·      Develop and execute strategies for brand growth, positioning, and reputation monitoring.
·      Plan and implement marketing initiatives to achieve long-term organisational goals
Build brand awareness aligned with the company’s mission and vision.
·      Collaborate with the brand director, assistant brand manager, and cross-functional teams.
·      Lead creative development to ensure alignment with brand ethos.
·      Oversee digital marketing including website, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and lead generation.
·      Track campaign performance, optimise marketing spend, and measure kpis and ROI
·      Manage online product visibility across B2 B portals and industry platforms.
·      Analyse target audience behaviour and identify market opportunities through research.
·      Strengthen brand image, perception, and market share.
·      Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance indicators.
·      Drive product sales by closely integrating with the sales team.
·      Design and implement brand communication strategies using appropriate media.
·      Produce performance reports and develop ongoing growth and innovation strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Education:
·      B. E./B. Tech in Electrical, Electronics, power electronics, Electronics & communications or Energy Engineering / MBA in Marketing / Product Management preferred.
·      5 years of experience in product management & Branding and Markeitng
·      Strong understanding of solar inverters (string, hybrid, Micro BESS), lithium-ion batteries, and energy storage applications (residential, C&I, utility-scale).
·      Hands-on experience with product pricing, forecasting, and lifecycle management.
