Braze Solution Consultant

Contract duration- 12 months

Shift timing- US/EMEA time zone

We are looking for a Braze Solution Consultant to lead the solutioning and technical approach for client proposals. This is a client-facing, presales-focused role, suited for someone operating at a solution and architecture level rather than execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and define the Braze solution approach for client proposals and RFPs
  • Provide presales and technical consultancy, including architecture and best-practice recommendations
  • Advise on Braze integrations with CRM platforms (experience with loyalty CRM integrations is a plus)
  • Support post-proposal activities, which may include:
  • Braze–CRM integration support
  • Training and upskilling client teams
  • Ongoing consultancy as per client needs
