Job Description

Responsibilities include:
  • ensuring proper weights and lengths of finished products
  • performing and documenting quality inspections of finished product
  • maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the baking production area
  • assisting operators in daily production operations including:setting up, proofing, and baking bread and rollsslicing breadoperating ovens, proofers and bread slicers and
  • other duties as assigned.
