A day as breakfast chef
As a breakfast chef you start at 05:00. You support the kitchen team and makes sure that the breakfast runs smoothly. You will be responsible of the breakfast buffet and ensure that breads, eggs, sausages and all cold cuts are filled at all times. During the shift you will be with the two of you, one of the breakfast chefs is in the restaurant, preparing the warm dishes such as bacon, eggs, and sausages, whilst the other is in the back, baking the bread and making sure the on the go breakfast is ready.
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
We are searching for a real enthusiastic hospitality lover! Someone who has experience working in a kitchen, is stress resistant and has HACCP knowledge. You are flexible, a team player and have great communication skills in English. Speaking Dutch is not required.
