- Responsible for operating the hotel's kitchen at mainly morning/daytime .
- Personnel responsibility, training, development and follow-up of employees
- Follow-up of internal control systems
- Contribute to a good working environment and cooperation with colleagues in the kitchen and with various departments
- Produce food according to order
- Be a good role model and motivator for your employees.
- Develop menus together with head-chef
