This position requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of dairy cattle breeding practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all breeding operations within the dairy herd.
• Monitor and record heat detection, insemination, and pregnancy results.
• Perform or oversee Artificial Insemin (AI) procedures as required.
• Maintain accurate breeding and health records for each animal.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and nutritionists to optimize reproductive health.
• Train and guide farm staff on breeding protocols and handling practices.
