Bridge Inspection Team Leader

**What We're Looking For**
Responsible for leading bridge inspection tasks, preparing detailed inspection reports, and ensuring compliance with project requirements and safety standards. This role includes planning and conducting field inspections, evaluating bridge conditions, and documenting findings in accordance with Client, State, and Federal standards. You will collaborate closely with the project manager to ensure all inspection data is accurately recorded and submitted on schedule. Additionally, you will assist in developing repair recommendations and collaborate with design teams on repair designs as needed. Leveraging your technical expertise, you will address design-related issues, working with the project manager to solve problems creatively, interact with clients, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
