Bridger Consultant

The Consultant will be responsible for providing technical and functional expertise to enhance the client's sanctions screening capabilities:<br /> Configuration Management: Manage changes within the Bridger Insight XG environment, including configuration settings, data source mapping, list management (e.g., watch lists, exclusions), and workflow definitions.<br /> Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all Bridger configurations are strictly aligned with the regulatory requirements, including but not limited to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control), FinCEN, and other relevant regulations.<br /> Offshore Delivery: Act as the primary Bridger SME for the offshore team, collaborating effectively with US-based business and technical leads and managing independent delivery under minimal supervision.<br /> Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, configuration guides, and performance reports for regulatory audit purposes. <br /> Required Qualifications & Skills Bridger SME Status: Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically implementing, upgrading, or tuning LexisNexis Bridger Insight XG within a major financial institution. <br /> Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in SQL (required for data analysis, system validation, and report generation). <br /> Knowledge of Bridger's API/web service integration for connecting to core banking or enterprise case management systems. Familiarity with data quality and governance concepts related to sanctions screening. <br /> Soft Skills & Delivery: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an offshore model, including strong self-management, proactive communication, and flexibility to overlap with US client working hours. <br /> Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex system issues and configuration defects. <br /> Bridger Consultant
