BRIM Solution Maintenance Specialist

Purpose of the role

The BRIM Solution Maintenance Specialist is accountable for the technical aspects of the maintenance (support and operations) activities in the SAP BRIM component s/he specializes in. This includes understanding the technical components of SAP BRIM (CRM, SOM, SAP CC, SAP CM, SAP CI) and how they integrate in the overall Amadeus environment, managing the technical side of monitoring and operations. Proactively participate in service improvement, leading their technical aspects.
