Job Description

We have an urgent requirement for a BRM Operations Lead to oversee and automate the ongoing maintenance of our Oracle BRM system. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in BRM architecture, operations, and scripting for process automation.

Primary Skills & Responsibilities

  • BRM Architecture & Operations: 10+ years of end-to-end BRM system management.
  • Scripting & Automation: Develop scripts (Perl, Python, Shell) to automate repetitive maintenance tasks.
  • System Maintenance: Plan and execute BRM upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
  • Process Expertise: Strong understanding of BRM processes and past experience on maintenance projects.
  • Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Implement health checks, monitor system KPIs, and resolve incidents.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and reliability.
