Broadcast IT Supervisor

**WBMA/WTTO/WABM - Birmingham, AL** has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Broadcast IT Supervisor The Broadcast IT Supervisor oversees the technical infrastructure that supports broadcast operations, newsroom systems, and station-wide IT needs. This role ensures reliable on-air performance, maintains mission-critical systems, and leads a team responsible for supporting end-users, broadcast equipment, and IT workflows. The supervisor acts as a bridge between engineering, IT, and production teams to guarantee uninterrupted content creation and transmission.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. IT & Broadcast Systems Management**

+ Maintain and support broadcast technology including automation systems, newsroom computer systems (NRCS), asset management systems, routing/switching, and playback servers.
