Job Description
The Claims Administrator supports the Head of Claims and Claims Executive in managing a portfolio of motor and property claims.
This role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality claims services to our broker network. Our objective is to add value to the claims process by working closely with clients and insurers alike to ensure full claim entitlements are received.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lodge claims via insurer portals (where available)
- Draft written claim submissions or conduct phone lodgements directly with insurers
- Report management, including pro-actively managing claim updates and follow-ups with insurers
- Manage motor recovery claims and coordinate with insurers accordingly
- Perform general administrative tasks such as, but not limited to, filing of emails and creating file notes
