Job Description

_Develop positive relationship with the broker to identify new business opportunities and develop close relationships._
- _ Executing strategies and action plans to achieve the production and budget targets in A&H._
- _ Organize trainings, visits with the broker’ service teams and other activities focused on generating new business opportunities._
- _ Understand the company’s operation procedures and ensure the operation appropriately align with compliance._
- _ Follow-up of requests for quoting renewals and new business, claims and issuance of all policies in the line of business._
- _ Coordinate strategies and best practices for WTW in all territories._
- It is important to note that the benefit of having this position in the Distribution team will help to have a specialized sales force for WTW aligned with the current appetite in Commercial and consumer to expand our current portfolio._
