Hays recruitment is looking for a Broker of Record for a client we are working with on a Confidential basis. This is a 3-9 month contract to start, with potential to extend or be permanent. This is a part time role - 10-20 hours per week, and you can work fully remote

Your new role

  • Ensurepliance with all legislative, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
  • Maintain andmunicate up‑to‑date office policies and procedures.
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing supervision of industry professionals.
  • Manage licensing, registration documentation, and trust accounting processes (where applicable).
  • Conduct timely and thorough transaction reviews.
  • Ensure accurate brokerage identification on all advertising and mortgage‑related materials.
  • Investigate and resolve client concerns; report required matters to regulatory authorities.
