Role Summary and Purpose
We are looking for a Broker Relationship Development Manager (BRDM) to join our team in Bristol , working closely with the Branch Manager for day-to-day activities.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is either:
Currently in a Broker Relationship Development Manager role , or
In a sales, junior sales, or Development Underwriter role and ready to take the next step in their career.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving broker development in the Bristol market , helping us achieve our ambitious growth targets for 2026
