Overview

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):

  • Update their insurance contracts upon brokers’ requests. For that you’ll be owner of a dedicated inbox and you’ll handle a high volume of brokers interactions. This requires to respect their SLA in order to insure a top satisfaction rate
  • Own the contracts recognition of the German and Austrian Sales teams. This ownership is key as it’s both a revenue-related and a cross-team topic. It’ll be your job to make sure the deals they close are easy to onboard by the CSM team post-signature
  • Offer premium onboarding for their top brokers to make sure that they have a frictionless post-sales journey.
  • Qualifications required:

  • Business proficiency in written and spoken German and English
  • Experience required:

  • Background or experience in the insurance business is a must-have
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of working well across teams in an international environment
  • Process-oriented mindset with the ability to get things done. Fast learner.
