**Job Summary**
The Brokerage staff is responsible for supporting clearance service to customers. He/she follows operation plans and work procedure to meet customer deadlines, maintains a close relationship with customer. This role will actively engage in auditing description on invoice to be submitted for the customs clearance in timely manner. He/she will be the one point of contact for customer enquiries and have a strong command of our customer service policies, and be well-versed and trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate resolution to customer's shipment.
