We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Brokerage Coordinator to support marketing and business development initiatives within a commercial real estate and development environment. This role plays a key part in supporting brokerage teams through the creation of marketing materials, proposal support, and coordination of day-to-day marketing activities.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, experience working within brand standards, and hands-on proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with the ability to balance creative execution and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
+ Support brokerage and development teams by creating marketing materials such as presentations, flyers, property brochures, offering memorandums, and email campaigns
