V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a BSA - Bus Systems Analyst ServiceNow (Remote) for our premier client.

Qualifications

  • Must Have: Excellent communicators, especially for the BSA, as there is lots of interaction with the business.

Responsibilities

  • Will be joining a busy ServiceNow team as a Business System Analyst in charge of the following activities as they relate to ServiceNow:
  • Gather and document business requirements.
  • Translate needs into functional specs for developers.
  • Support UAT and stakeholder validation.
  • Maintain traceability and change logs.
