Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Zuora Rev Pro Consultant with strong expertise in Revenue Recognition and system integrations involving Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), and GL systems. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, integrating, and supporting end-to-end Order-to-Revenue (O2 R) processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Zuora Rev Pro Revenue Recognition processes in alignment with accounting standards (ASC 606 / IFRS 15).
- Design and manage Salesforce order integrations with Zuora Rev Pro.
- Implement and support D365 invoice integrations into Zuora Rev Pro.
- Manage Zuora Rev Pro GL imports and postings into Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Ensure accurate revenue schedules, contract modifications, and revenue adjustments.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Support UAT, production issues, and period-end close activities.
- Create and maintain functional and technical documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Zuora Rev Pro Revenue Recognition.
- Experience integrating:
- Salesforce Orders → Zuora Rev Pro
- D365 Invoices → Zuora Rev Pro
- Zuora Rev Pro → D365 GL
- Solid understanding of Revenue Recognition principles (ASC 606 / IFRS 15).
- Experience with Order-to-Cash (O2 C) / Order-to-Revenue (O2 R) processes.
- Ability to analyze and validate financial and transactional data.
- Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.

- Experience with Zuora Billing
- Finance or Accounting background
- Experience supporting month-end / quarter-end close
- Exposure to Saa S revenue models (subscriptions, usage-based billing)
