BSA, Scrum Master (Revenue Recognition)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Zuora RevPro Consultant with strong expertise in Revenue Recognition and system integrations involving Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), and GL systems . The candidate will be responsible for implementing, integrating, and supporting end-to-end Order-to-Revenue (O2R) processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Zuora RevPro Revenue Recognition processes in alignment with accounting standards (ASC 606 / IFRS 15).
• Design and manage Salesforce order integrations with Zuora RevPro.
• Implement and support D365 invoice integrations into Zuora RevPro.
• Manage Zuora RevPro GL imports and postings into Microsoft Dynamics 365 .
• Ensure accurate revenue schedules, contract modifications, and revenue adjustments.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Support UAT, production issues, and period-end close activities.
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Zuora RevPro Revenue Recognition .
• Experience integrating:
• Salesforce Orders → Zuora RevPro
• D365 Invoices → Zuora RevPro
• Zuora RevPro → D365 GL
• Solid understanding of Revenue Recognition principles (ASC 606 / IFRS 15).
• Experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) / Order-to-Revenue (O2R) processes.
• Ability to analyze and validate financial and transactional data.
• Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have

• Experience with Zuora Billing
• Finance or Accounting background
• Experience supporting month-end / quarter-end close
• Exposure to SaaS revenue models (subscriptions, usage-based billing)
