BT (Battery) Sub-Unit Head

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan for an efficient and effective battery distribution system prioritizing the battery technical service program intended for fleet and corporate accounts.
• Develop a plan after the sales report.
• Assist in building a strong company image, manage and maintain good customer and trade relations by visitations, and prompt and proper handling and resolution of customer concerns.
• Ensures that the policies pertaining to credit and collection, pricing, accounts receivable, inter-company transactions, and other related policies are strictly enforced and adhered to.
• Coordinate with CF on matters pertaining to sales collections and accounts monitoring such as good and bad standing accounts, overdue accounts and price adjustments, returned parts items, and other related matters.
