Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) – In-Home After-School Hours
Autumn ABA offers high-quality ABA services to families throughout New Jersey. We are seeking an experienced, consistent, and committed Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) to work with a 6-year-old client in Millville, NJ for in-home ABA therapy.
Sessions are scheduled Monday–Friday from 3:30 PM–7:00 PM, with additional weekend hours available. This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, reliability, and meaningful work with children with autism.

$1,000 BONUS AFTER ONE MONTH OF CONSISTENT SERVICES
Your Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home ABA therapy sessions with a child diagnosed with autism
Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA
Collect accurate data during sessions and maintain required documentation
Complete session notes and other required paperwork in a timely manner
Communicate and collaborate with the supervising BCBA and office staff
Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive therapy environment for the client and family
Requirements:
High School Diploma (required)
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, social work, or related field (preferred)
Experience working with children with autism or in behavioral health (required)
RBT certification (preferred but not required)
Must be reliable, consistent, compassionate, and professional
Ability to commit to the scheduled hours consistently
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Starting at $28.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 20–25 hours per week
