Autumn ABA -

Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) – In-Home After-School Hours


Autumn ABA offers high-quality ABA services to families throughout New Jersey. We are seeking an experienced, consistent, and committed Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) to work with a 6-year-old client in Millville, NJ for in-home ABA therapy.


Sessions are scheduled Monday–Friday from 3:30 PM–7:00 PM, with additional weekend hours available. This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, reliability, and meaningful work with children with autism.

$1,000 BONUS AFTER ONE MONTH OF CONSISTENT SERVICES




Your Responsibilities:




  • Conduct in-home ABA therapy sessions with a child diagnosed with autism




  • Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA




  • Collect accurate data during sessions and maintain required documentation




  • Complete session notes and other required paperwork in a timely manner




  • Communicate and collaborate with the supervising BCBA and office staff




  • Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive therapy environment for the client and family






Requirements:




  • High School Diploma (required)




  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, social work, or related field (preferred)




  • Experience working with children with autism or in behavioral health (required)




  • RBT certification (preferred but not required)




  • Must be reliable, consistent, compassionate, and professional




  • Ability to commit to the scheduled hours consistently






Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Starting at $28.00 per hour 
Expected Hours: 20–25 hours per week
