Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Transformation Management leader who can lead complex, multi‑stream digital transformation programs that span People, Process, Technology, Data, and Regulatory domains—moving beyond execution governance to business value realization at enterprise scale. This is a strategic leadership role that will steer strategy to execution, architect pragmatic governance models and embed outcome‑based delivery (OKRs/KPIs, value realization) while orchestrating cross‑functional teams and partner ecosystems in a rapidly evolving business landscape. You will own client CxO relationships as a trusted advisor, bring delivery‑led growth and mature our Transformation Management and Value Realization Office offering and practice within the Business Technology capability at Invent India.
