  • Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes.

    A successful BU Controller should have:

  • Charted Accountant (CA).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a finance-related role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
