Talenses Executive is advising a global pharmaceutical company, with a strong and well established presence in Brazil, in the Search of a Business Unit Head - Brazil to lead one of its most strategically relevant franchises in the country.

This is a senior BU Head role, with full P&L accountability and end-to-end responsibility for strategy definition, commercial execution, and sustainable value creation. The position requires an executive capable of combining strategic vision with disciplined execution, operating in a highly competitive, regulated, and performance-driven environment.

The mandate carries a strong emphasis on Sales & Marketing leadership, with particular relevance in large-scale, prescription-driven portfolios, predominantly within Primary Care oriented therapeutic areas.
