  • 2nd-level support for deployed management solutions, as well as support for the service desk and desktop support
  • Participation in decision-making regarding workplace devices, processes, and policies
  • Implementation and monitoring of device compliance profiles
  • Collaboration on IT projects affecting the workplace
     
  • Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in the IT sector with relevant professional experience
  • At least three years of experience with client management solutions, especially Microsoft Intune
