Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in compiling the company’s annual budget by collecting data from all departments

  • Review, verify, and process budget submissions from different teams

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date budget tracking system

  • Manage budget revisions and updates according to business needs

  • Lead monthly budget performance reviews, highlighting key variances and insights

  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal controls.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

  • With one (1) year of experience in budgeting, finance and accounting, or financial analysis roles

  • Knowledgeable in using Excel and Google Sheets; experience with ERP systems such as SAP or QuickBooks is a plus
