Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Associate Director and Director of Budget and Business Office, the Budget Analyst (Fiscal Analyst 4) will be responsible for coordination and monitoring of special fund budgets. Review, process, and/or approve expenditure documents, transfer documents, capital project requests, and service the colleges for billing for Auxiliary Services and the Foundation and other contracts as needed. The position will also perform bookstore reconciliation and other reconciliations as directed. Manage and implement planning and project improvement efforts required by the college.
