Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as a Budget Analyst at the Joint Interagency Counter Trafficking Center (JICTC), under the US European Command (EUCOM). Responsible for planning and program management of the Department of War (DoW) Counter-Drug (CD) and Counter-Transnational Organized Crime (CTOC) program.
