This position is responsible for the manual grinding, buffing, and finishing of stainless steel Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) to meet company quality and safety standards. You will work inside the containers for much of the day, requiring a high level of attention to detail, physical dexterity, and comfort working in confined spaces. Key Responsibilities: Manually grind, buff, and polish stainless steel surfaces using hand tools and power tools Ensure a smooth, clean, and uniform finish on both interior and exterior surfaces of IBCs Perform work while kneeling, sitting, or bending inside the containers for extended periods Wear full PPE at all times, including paper coveralls with inte...
