Ready to lead from the front in one of the resort’s busiest venues? Our Buffets Restaurant is looking for a confident, hands-on Shift Manager to be the go-to leader for the team during their working day.
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of daily operations—making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time to meet fluctuating guest demand, all while keeping standards sky-high and the experience unforgettable. You’ll coach and support your team throughout each shift, helping them deliver brilliant service and smash key targets like add-on sales and promotions.
